i dont know about being next-gen but its bloody useful ... & FZero aint bad either!!!

Now that is a pretty cool feature have to admit and I can imagine the games look nice on the screen. I like the idea of the WIi U solely relying on a HDTV. Nintendo really need to go balls out on the VC and introduce this feature for all games I reckon.

I'm wondering IF nintendo allowed developers 2 switch off the gamepad entirely for certain games & use tbe pro controller instead would that free up resources that could be used 2 make games better? 3rd party ports etc etc?

i hope the Wii U turns out as great as the Wii..

ive just watched my 12 year old finish the final boss in Skyward Sword, the end credits, music and presentation is truly remarkable..

That's allowed- I know Sonic Racing can be played in four-player just using pro controllers.

Whether or not it'll make games 'better' is another matter, of course.
