If anyone is interested, the following phones are currently being tested by Orange to be sold for use with the 2g and 3g network:

I can't seem to find any information about the Nokia 6822, but the Motorola C975 is the phone currently on offer on Three PAYG so that phone model might make way to a reasnably priced Orange 3g PAYG phone.

More precisely the X700 does not have 3g capability.

In any case the poster says 2g and 3g.
