I highly doubt Samia would have needed physio regardless if she injured herself after her performance so she would have to have had it between shows as they would have wanted to start treatment asap in case she ended up in the skate off as did happen anyway.

In reference to the Jennifer Ellison comment made by another poster I think the problem there was Jen lost her confidence after Dan got injured at the start of the series and she didn't know if he was going to be able to compete or not and she was too afraid of hurting him I think to fully commit properly then she hurt her ribs herself plus then her head injury. Whilst perhaps excuses I think these were contributing factors to her not being as wow a performer as we expected because she did appear to more than capable and IMO had those things not happened she would have been more than equal competition for Jorgie.

What did grate on me a little was in her TM interview today that she was so easily distracted and not really listening when Sylvain told her to do something but would do it straight away if one of the others told her to do it. IMO it seemed a bit direspectful to Sylvain that she wouldn't train properly for him but would for other coaches.

According to you, people are just criticising her lack of skating.

So why bring up her love life?

Tbf I would be distracted by Sylvain especially when I know what's under his shirt.

One of the problems I have with the SCD forum is that there is a pervasive culture of personal insults towards celebs and pros, hiding behind the idea that it's OK as they are not posters. Well firstly how do we know, and secondly how would we like it? It's rarely if ever been like that on the DOI forum and long may that continue.

I sense developing her relationship with him took priority over developing the skating

It did jump out,the fact that Samia was the only one who didn't use her prop throughout her routine. She was definitely the poorest of the remaining skaters so it was time for her to go. I thought the judges over-marked her, but I'm glad she went off on a high

bit of a poor attitude but there again it showed, you could tell that she wasn't commited like most of the others”

I saw that interview and at no point did she say that that was the reason they were eliminated.

I agree, as a Samia fan she was the weakest and deserved to go, but am happy she got this far.

If she had been kicked out in Leveller week or love week, we wouldn't have been able to see Barbie or Corrie routine, both of which she really stepped it up for.

I guess her groin strain healed quickly if she was dancing in the bar and wearing those heels”

Stick yes, but it seems to me more below the belt and more of it for SCD.
