Did I totally misread this, Ronan Keating is on holiday with his family in Switzerland and he will particiapte in the charity record for the Tsunami victims IF a studio can be found close to where he is staying in Switzerland so he can take part. Hello, can he not fly back to Britain and record it here, other stars are giving up their time to take part, so why is he any different

I am sure he has alot of money in the bank that would allow him to return back to Switzerland after the single is completed - and hopefully it will be a one way ticket, his attitude over the whole thing has been appalling in my opinion.

If I did misread it (it was on Ceefax, the Entertainment section) then I apologise

I see no reason why anyone should be forced into making any charity record - especially ones written by Mike Read!! It's up to them, surely. The kind of emotional blackmail that goes with this sort of thing stinks, quite frankly and, also, this effort is little more than another attempted push start for that DJ turned perennial pop failure Mr Read.

Leave Ronan Keating alone. You don't know what he's done privately and even if he's done nothing it's up to him isn't it?

Hes with his family and I can understand that he might not want to fly back to Britain. He is quite busy I imagine so might not get that many chances to spend time with his family on holiday.
