dog owners are better than cat owners

I didn't mean it to be derogatory, it's just that many people who live in high rise flats etc tend to keep their cats indoors.

I don't keep mine in, but they 'go' indoors. Trained from kittens. I've also told neighbours if mine are seen soiling their patch they can ask me to clean it up or pay for deterrents. Best I can do and they accept that. Sadly some not all cat or indeed dog owners are this way.

Well done to you for training them to 'go' indoors

I agree that not all dog and cat owners are as responsible as they should be.

Dogs are still best though

I had dogs but not practical for current household. I love both.
