The audience! They are the best!
I love their absurd level of laughter at the drop of every single one of the string of (long wornout) schtickylines that this show churns forth. Just like David Caruso doing his "thing" and thus perfectly illustrating the hysterical (funny ha-ha) "heights" of melodramatic overacting, the audience for BBT are the very best example of one of the most insidious ploys in effect these days.
