A lot of people have a showbiz age. It's usually about 3 years younger than their real age.

I'm not a particular fan of hers, but it saddens me to see messages about how old she looks

I am more shocked at how old Carly Rae Jepsen is considering she looks like a teen and talks/sings like a toddler. What a shame for her though, there's no way anyone is going to take her seriously now as an adult artist.

It's weird, she looks a lot younger in real life. I've noticed a lot of comments about her weight as well, and she's quite slim - I think it's just her styling and clothes. Sometimes her makeup doesn't help either... if you look at her Adele Sande EP cover, you can see her with big dark curls and she looks a lot younger.

I'm not really that bothered though, she's a lovely woman and a talented musician
