winamp radio
further to an earlier thread, are there any Winamp music radio stations that forum readers would recommend?

All these sites below have standard MP3 streams (ie not proprietary Windoze or Real formats). These will play in any recent player, but winamp is probably the best one to use.

sadly, at the moment, winamp will stream so much then just say ICY401 Not Available or other error codes like [Error syncing to mpeg]..... if I do get on the stream, it will play so much, then buffer again, then play about ten seconds more, then buffer again..... sometimes the buffer stays on 0 and it moves onto the next track
![]() any ideas? i have cleared all programmes that may be using the internet at the time but it still gets stuck like this seems like the horribly designed Windows Media Player will have to do

as my side panel says, i have 512k broadband
![]() ive just tried DRUMDUST.COM (top audio stream) but it doesnt work again... it plays so much and then stops im on the winamp DSL / CABLE connection EDIT: ill try the 56k one |
