I'm happy with Naruto's ideas, although I do worry that they might not be original enough.

Remember, your ingredients must be from ASDA Groceries Online, Tesco Groceries Online or Amazon. This includes toys and gifts. Trays or dishes don't need to be from these websites, but you can include them in your pitch. Links must be provided to what ingredients your using (and what website they're from), as well as the costs of the overall meal. Please send the costs and ingredients to Lord Stuart, not Karren. Make sure you do this before your pitch. If you are including a diagram you must send this to Lord Stuart as well.

Since we only have limited time, i suggest going with bread and soup/meat pie/cheesecake. If we had more time, i am sure we could come up with something better. So agreed?

Wouldnt it be better home made rather than stuff from a packet?

Shall we each take one dish and find - ingredients, cost of ingredients, images and write a small pitch for it.

So we want things like well-sourced meat, free-range eggs, hand-made bread... essentially, things that taste really good. |

I agree with this. The point of our brand is that we're going for personal and quality, we can't say that and then use cheap stuff from a packet.

Naruto, just curious how you are with figures? If you're any good at them, I'd suggest that I take charge of thinking about ingredients for the dishes, you could work on costings and Emma can keep thinking about presentation, because she's kind of been taking the lead on that right the way through. Just a suggestion... |

Ok, i will start assigning jobs now.
I will take over the Cheesecake. George, you can take over the Meat Pie. Emma, you can take the Bread and Soup. For each meal, find a list of ingredients and find them in high quality in any of the shops. Send all links of ingredients to me please. If you can, sort out cost of meal. Find images of the meal. Finally, write a small pitch on why we chose that individual meal. Send everything to me! And i will collate it all. |
