Telling of course, no man has ever claimed to have had sex with him
Well I don't think him and Jake Walters spent their nights holdings hands.

If you need any proof that Morrissey is homosexual just watch this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTev6og-edU

Yeah, definitely a friend of Dorothy's.

Don't know what you mean? It's not like he's kissing a man or anything.

"Obviously bisexual"?? He is obviously playing his usual games. He is gay although for reasons only he understands (though I suspect his 'marketability' to straight male fans has always played a role) he likes to suggest he might be possibly sexually interested in women. Tellingly of course no woman has ever claimed to have had sex with him and he's never claimed it himself. Morrissey is bisexual in the same way that Boy George, Mika and Elton John said they were bisexual until they found the courage and integrity to tell the truth. It's really quite touching seeing people on here desperately clinging to straws, kidding themselves Morrissey is cuddling up to a lady tonight...especially after the man has just confirmed his relationship with a man

I love how people think they are allowed to label someone they don't even know personally. He told that he is not gay. Respect that and stop talking BS.

He described himself as humansexual. Case closed.

It's pathetic isn't it? It's insulting and downright idiotic to try and claim you know for sure a complete stranger is lying about their sexuality. He says he is bisexual, or humansexual as he puts it. So the case is indeed closed.

Not sure why people have an issue with that anyway. Why do you so desperately want him to be gay? Get out more.

Ha!! "Humansexual" isn't closing the case at all... it's meaningless, yet another of his attempts to avoid giving an honest answer. It's like someone asking me if I'm a vegetarian and I reply "I'm a food-I-like-atarian". In other words a way of dodging the truth...he's made a career of it.

Still Morrissey's making progress. It's only taken him 30 years to come clean about having sex with men. He'll no doubt finally acknowledge being a gay man when he's in his seventies...and noone by then will be interested.

Why is someone elses sexuality bothering you so much? It's a very private thing, not something that should be always made public and talked about in tabloids. It's not your business.

Pathetic, indeed.
Or is there something more to it? You sound almost like you desperately want him to be gay and to **** you lol

To quote the wonderfulness that is Morrissey

I would go out tonight
But I haven't got a stitch to wear
This man said "It's gruesome that someone so handsome should care

Written in the 80s but still homophobia out there...so depressing

This thread proves that some gay men can not cope with men who are "bisexual"
why demand that someone must be gay when he writes about relationships with both genders?
Humasexual is loving the person regardless what is between their legs.

The press were so quick to have "Gay" in their headlines, ignoring the other relations in his autobiography so Morrissey corrected them. The press are as narrow as homophobic bigots. Did they put his statement in the papers.....NO

Gay men or lesbians who attack bisexuals are no better than the homophobes they denounce. It is hypocrisy, plain and simple. Morrrisey has had relationships with both sexes, get over it.

I have seen a lot of prejudice within the LGBT community, unfortunately. Some people almost act as if it is a competition as to who has it hardest. It's ridiculous.

Yes Morrissey's sexuality is a very private thing.. he's just written a book about it ...and spent 30 years singing about it.
I'm not 'bothered' about his sexuality, but his dishonesty bothers me. As for fancying Morrissey... not even in his prime and certainly not now he looks like someone's grand dad.

And these people desperately, 'pathetically' clinging onto the fantasy that Morrissey likes ladies... a quote please from him or the ladies themselves? And not one where he just talks about being 'friends'.

He is an obnoxious Tree hugging vegetable molester that should stick to singing & to stop preaching about animals rights. Animals have the right to be cooked to how I choose before being put on my plate.
What a horrible person you must be - and completely ignorant

Morrissey has always been very quiet about his private life and his sex life has rarely been mentioned in the papers. He's hardly Mick Jagger in this respect and is quite clean living, no record of drug abuse.
I know some of his remarks go too far at times, but I've always liked him and The Smiths were a fantastic band.

Yes he's been seen with a pint of Boddingtons before.
However, all this issue about his sexuality is boring. He's been very quiet about it for decades.

Autobiography = a book about sexuality to you?

Again, you are talking about someone you don't even know personally. All your comments about his sexuality are baseless. There is no reason why we should doubt his own words and statements about it just because some random people on net have an issue with it. Bye.

Many of his lyrics are laced with homoerotic narratives and symbolism and there have been many rumours regarding is relationships with men, celibate or not.

Steven is just being is usual pretentious, precious and pompous self. The whole "I don't believe in labels" crap sounds like it comes directly from the mouth of a rebellious teenage hipster, as a opposed to a grown man with plenty of life experience and should really know better.

He is a man of contradictions and that's how I want him to be. It would be far worse if his autobiography discussed how many supermodels he had sex with and how good or bad they were, how many Rolls Royces he owned, and how he is big friends with all the rock establishment.

Back in the day he always seemed to have a bunch of gladioli sticking out of his arse - not behaviour typical of a gay man in my view.
