12 years service comes to an end middle of this year. Sounds like there wasn't any agreement on a new contract so they're parting ways.

It's probably a good thing for both parties really if GR wasn't giving the venue 100% like some reviews suggested.

I ate there in the relatively early days of his tenure (it was starred, but he didn't have so much other stuff going on that he'd taken his eye off the ball). It was superb. Excellent food, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Shame that it went off the boil.

Lost it's Michelin star some time ago. Just another restaurant since then.
