On a brighter note, the 'Professionals On Ice' show is looking FANTASTIC! They've got Sean & Jodeyne taking part, as well as Robin & Andy, plus the previously announced Matt E, Brianne and Maria. This looks sensational!

Nobody said Matthew skated, only that he was there - which he was! He presented the show, and was also present to meet fans afterwards. For someone who was unable to skate this was the best possible outcome - unlike Mr Fountain who had better things to do!

Thanks very much Tejas! And I agree about Matthew totally.

It must have been!

So you expected him to tell Corrie to bog off then when they told him that he had to go in for filming then? as that I believe was the reason that he had to miss the matinee. Yes its probably not fair of Corrie to make him go in for filming when he had commited to Ice Party but that is life and sometimes unexpected situations arise and at the end of the day that is his real job not Ice Party and while I understand people being disappointed I do not get the absolute hatred that seems to be generated because of it.

Kyran did not even technically have to replace Chris but he got Dan and Karen back to do an extra show. It is not the fault of the show but of Chris and Corrie so I think it is unfair to keep moaning that it is the fault of the show that Chris didn't turn up and also insinuating that Chris merely couldn't be bothered to turn up when it was actually work related for his absence.

I think if people make commitments, they should stick to them and not disapoint their fans unless its absolutely unavoidable (ie. illness or injury).

Anyway this is so old, what I care about far more is that I'm gonna see the Professionals tour! Woohoo!!!

I think you'll find the vast majority of DOI pros are doing the Pros tour, meaning that the celebs'll just be on their own for Celebs on Ice

The celebs will not be on their own. Think Brianne may do the celeb one now as her name is no longer on the pros site and Vickys down for that instead now so guessing she will now be skating with Matt at Celebs on Ice.
Colin is also in the celeb show
