Hi all sorry to post (probably in the wrong section) but i need help.

Yesterday i turned on my router and my BT Vision box and waited for it to come on like it normally does. However yesterday it seemed to just get stuck in a loop and constantly turning off after every minute.

Even tried again today the box will not load up, gets suck in a loop and tries to reboot and cannot. After a couple of reboots it says downloading system tool and then goes black and does not respond to anything i try such as holding power off or on.

Ive searched the web for similiar problems but not found much help. One piece i did find and they had fixed theirs was that they needed a BT home hub 3 to complete the download. Now i only have the Home hub 2 and this may be the reason mine is not working?

My question is, can BT force me to buy the newest home hub when i didnt ask or want this download? nor was i informed this was going to happen?

have you spoken to BT vision support to see what they say?
seems like the first thing you should do.
