Have bread mix, want Ciabatta

No! This isn't the Multi-Coloured Swap Shop.

If I use a standard bread mix and let it ferment over night will I get something reasonably close to an airy ciabatta bread when I bake it? I have a pack of bread mix I want to use up but would prefer a ciabatta style bread rather than standard rolls. Was thinking of adding a bit of corn flour for texture.

Right. Checked Youtube and the only difference between "normal" bread and Ciabatta is the amount of water in the mix. Found a "no knead" bread mix video and have a tub of dough waiting to pour in a couple of hours once I've let the "slippers" rise. Success!

(Oh, and I meant semolina, not corn flour - I added a bit to see how it turns out. I add it to my pizza dough for extra chewiness.)
