I just want the stringy cheese sensation.

I have tried everything, buffalo Mozzarella , so called pizza cheese.

I know i spelt that cheese wrong. Trying some swiss cheese T his weekend.

I would love to hear what you do.

I am Italian, so I am an expert when it comes to pizza
Mozzarella is the cheese to put on pizza... cheddar alone for example is not good on pizza as it tends to disappear under the toppings I found and I can't see any cheese on my pizza when they use just cheddar.
Emmenthal would be good on a pizza, but you have to put mozzarella on it as well and then you can experiment with other cheeses in my opinion, adding them.
Make sure you put a lot of cheese on your pizza so you can actually see it once it's baked and taste it.

Try looking for low moisture Mozzarella (not the pre-shredded stuff), or Provolone if you can find it.

Has to be mozzarella.

Try pizza mozzarella. It's in a block and harder/less moist than the balls.
