Hi, I make my own sandwiches for work, however I'm finding that I can't use up all the meat before it goes off and it's a waste. But buying smaller packs of meat is too expensive. What can I do to make chicken, ham, etc last?
^^ Yup this is what I do, except I cheat even worse and just make a massive batch of sarnies and freeze the lot! Lovely and fresh and defrosted by lunchtime. Chutney's, mustards, cheeses and mayo's all freeze fine. Then just chuck fresh salad in a bag in your box if you fancy it.

I used to go to the local butchers, just buy what you need. Better quality too.
