Where's the health and safety!?

If producers knew Gareth was "unsteady and dizzy" why did they let him on the ice? He had some pretty big lifts and didn't that put robin at a huge risk?

I like Gareth and I have voted for him a few times but he looked awful, there was no hiding it. Seems to hve been a huge risk to take in the name of entertainment

He would have been ruled medically fit. They have paramedics on set the whole time.

I was thinking the same as the OP, Robin could not have been safe if he was feeling so unsteady and ill. He should not have been allowed to go out and skate in that situation for both his and Robin's safety. Phil seemed to be the only one really concerned about him to begin with. If he can't really remember their performance then I don't know how he could have been focused on making sure Robin was safe.
