Consistant P!nk
So, 'Just Give Me A Reason' has become P!nks 15th Top 10 single. Anyone shocked about how consistant she is with her songs. She never seems to release a 'flop', OK, some of her songs miss the Top 20 but she's so consistent, even moreso than Brintey and Christina, alll of whom you would have expected would have done better than her. I do think P!nk really is underrated in a kind of way. Just look

I do quite like her, many of her songs have deeper meanings if you listen to the lyrics properly.
My favourite has to be F*cking Perfect, the video for that is great as well. |

She certainly seems to have a pattern it's a shame for me at least her music has become stale since I'm Not Dead each album has just repeated the formula since but i like her she is talented and the charts need more strong women like her.

That's her reward for never changing her sound, never challenging herself beyond her comfort zone and always doing basic and pop - rock tracks. You go P!nk!
But honestly, I want 2000 P!nk back! I was a huge fan of that P!nk. And ironically, no matter how many top 10 hits she gets now or in the future, the ONLY P!nk tracks that stand a (slight) chance of being remembered or recognized by the general public are 'Just Like A Pill' and 'Get The Party Started'. |

Christina is no longer relevant to the music industry. Flop after flop.
Britney is still doing well, but internationally p!nk has done far better especially in the past few years. Pinks album sales and tour sales have been so strong. P!nk is one of the most consistent and incredible female artists ever. No one does rock pop like her (kelly clarkson is decent too though) |

I love pink and I'm so happy
She never releases a crap single, the only other person that I think does that is Kelly, and even she's released a few duffers. My favourite is Who Knew, then ****ing Perfect, then Just Give Me A Reason My top 5 would probably be 1. Who Knew 2. ****ing perfect 3. Just Give Me A Reason 4. Try 5. Just Like A Pill |

Pink is one of those artists who play it safe and I am glad she does in a way. I think she learned not too when she did her awful Try This album and continued into the sound that has made her the superstar she is today. I always thought Pink would disappear after Misunderstood but she gets better and better every album. She is a great songwriter and is becoming a tremendous stunning performer.

She's one of those artists who has crafted her sound down to a T, and it really, really works. I love so many of the songs on that list. I don't want her to ever drastically change her sound.
AND this will forever be one of the most amazing award show performances ever (and Glitter In The Air at the Grammy's and Try at the AMA's) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOTzpTpV6FE |

And OP i disagree she is more consistent than britney her earlier singles never peaked below #14 her lowest charting single came 8 years into her career plus she has had more top tens and number ones. |

What she does works for her, and us fans love it. Why should she change anything? I disagree that she hasn't evolved though. As a performer she has improved so much, and I don't think her albums all merge in to one. Glitter In The Air sounds completely different to Ave Maria, which sounds completely different to Just Give Me a Reason, which sounds completely different to So What, which sounds completely different to Run, which sounds completely different to Nobody Knows, which sounds completely different to One Foot Wrong...
There are plenty of other bands and singers out there that don't change their style and stick to what they do best, why is that wrong for p!nk to do? |

Truth about love is a great album, however not a masterpiece like funhouse.
Y didnt she save raise our glass and perfect for this album. She saved try and that was written a that time. If truth about love had raise your glass and perfet it would be a fab album, but its still great as it is. |

You mentioned 16 top tens there, plus you left out 'Feel Good Time' which got to number 3. Then if you count her collaboration on Lady Marmalade (no.1) , that's 18 top tens! Not bad at all!!
![]() I love Pink, great artist. Although I must admit I'm not so keen on The Truth About Love as I am her other albums. Not as many strong songs on it, imo. |

Funnily enough, I really like Try This. It's one of my favourite Pink albums! I certainly think From IND all her albums have been a bit 'painting by numbers' doing the same formula. Still good but nothing risky other than the odd use of the f word! I think Try This is so high on my list because it contains 3 of my favourite Pink tracks - Catch me when I'm sleeping, Waiting for Love, and Last to Know. And IMO, I've never been keen on the opener single to her albums - they are usually my least favourite track. I often prefer her album tracks to the singles

surely talking about p!nks consistency and then detailing her chart positions show she is anything but consistent?
