He can say some vile things (livin la vida locked-in syndrome, for example), but usually, he's right. Matt vs Shayne, Samia vs Keith, Team Matt vs Team Beth - plus, he doesn't dish out 9.0s and 10.0s like sweets on Halloween.

This, I've really got to like Jason this series
Jason for me, he is usually very spot on in his critique on what he says and as another poster pointed out, he doesn't throw out high scores like they're going out of fashion and on the whole this series, he is the only judge to vote correctly in the skate-off. My dream panel would be Robin, Jason, Louie and Katarina as I really do not think Karen and Ashley contribute anything valuable.
Robin, He offers the most rounded analysis without being compromised by being involved in coaching, as besets Karen. Ashley is constructive and positive and I think she fits in well on the panel but can't really comment technically in any great breadth or depth. Jason is often very insightful but sometimes fails to balance critique with suitable advice, and steps over the personal line too much for my liking.
Quite frankly none! Robin's dodgy scores and criticisms/praises have put him down in my estimation. Karen shouldn't be coach and judge and now her blatant favouritism to Matt, to the extent she gave Luke the same score as Beth for their routines, makes me want to slap her 
Ashley's been a bit of a letdown all round imo. And Jason? Well what to say, but have to say I've agree with him a few times this series which I was shocked about, and though he's still come out with some nasty personal comments he hasn't made as many as previously. So can't vote for any of them.

In honesty none of them this year. The decisions they have been making are frankly questionable at times and it seems to be one rule for some but not for others.
Robin I used to respect but some of his calls this year have been atrocious, I know there is still debate over saving Matt instead of Shayne I still don't get how Matts save me skate was worth an 8 when his main skate wasn't and how even with the stumble it still justified the higher mark and well I know thats over but I still find it wrong.
Also with Robin the saving Samia over Keith on skating ability what the .... even rehashing his first save me skate Keith did more skating and his predictable comments on Beth last week Matt was 10 times more predictable with the hat but that got overlooked.
Karen I have defended before but even logic seems to be escaping her last night marking Beth down and not really explaining why especially in the flying number.
Ashley well she seems to be a rather pointless addition to the panel she does not really give any constructive comments and seems to vote according to whether they have looked hot or cute or have made her laugh.

Think he has just got to find the balance between being spiteful for the sake of spite and actually giving the constructive comments to help them.

None of them have come within a mile of Katarina and Louie.

Over all I'd say Jason, though I couldn't believe he said Matt is the best ever male flyer while at the same time giviing him 9 out ot 10...has he forgotten five judges gave Ray perfect marks (including Jason) 
I voted for Robin but they've all been pretty dire this series - and I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking that!
