Real time streaming
Hi
Was wondering what would be the best way (if possible) for our office based technical staff to see and advise an engineer on site with fault diagnostics. Say and engineer goes to site and probably not sure of a solution and needs a second opinion. He has a mobile so it would need to be I guess an app that can strea sound and video over the Internet onto the tech guys PC Any suggestions please We also don't wish to incur call costs |
