Most USB sticks come pre-formatted as FAT32 and you can check this by inserting the stick into your PC and looking at Properties.

What format are the files that you are trying to play? I assume these are downloaded movies etc.
Depending on the format you may need to convert them to MPEG1/2 and this can be easily done with a program such as http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/ - read the installation options carefully to avoid any unwanted programs/changes to homepage etc.
TV manual here (playing videos on page 45)

BTW- why start each word with a capital letter? Must be harder/take longer to type and is difficult to read

The forum software did that automatically - as the OP typed his post ALL in capitals!!

Sorry if this seems too obvious but are you selecting the INPUT button on the remote and selecting USB as the source and confirming by pressing OK.
Remember too that the TV must be switched OFF before inserting a USB device and when switching the TV ON that this may not be automatically detected which is why the steps above must be followed

Have you tried music (MP3) files and/or images such as .jpeg on the USB stick to see if they work?

The user manual for the TV (linked in post 2) states on page 45 for 'Playing Videos'
"Supported file formats MPEG1/2"

Howerver, the OP hasn't posted for 5 days nor answered the question "Have you tried music (MP3) files and/or images such as .jpeg on the USB stick to see if they work?"
