Watching the One Show and Olivia Newton John is on the show, how much surgery has she had done? Her face is looking frozen too. Really bizarre

Looks like that awful cheek plumper thing that people have. And a good bit of Botox.

I've stopped being surprised when I see celebs with it anymore. Alot of them seem to do it even though it looks bad.

I understand that a lot of celebrities and other wealthy people struggle with the fact that they will age. But why they decide on measures that will probably still change their face and look odd ... that I don't get.

However, I have to say Jane Fonda still looks like herself.

It's just her jaw and mouth look odd like over reaching fom the lower jaw

I thought she had gone all " clean living" vitamin diet when she had cancer. If she did that I wonder why she would chuck it all out the window to inject poisons into herself? The mind boggles

Jane looks great, but still has grandma hands, surgeons still can't do anything to make hands look younger.

Yeah her cheeks did look a bit funny to me too. I'm not sure that was her Dad singing at the end either. She had a very uncertain look on her face when they played the tape!

Cancer didn't cause her face to look as if it's frozen. I'd have thought after that life threatening scare she'd think twice about putting toxins into her body.

Because when they get to a certain age they feel it necessary to try and retain those 'lovely features', they aint gonna keep forever. Sometimes it goes wrong........

Yes, and getting it to look lovely is a skill few surgeons have, most seem to go too far with it...or maybe their clients can't take no for an answer when surgeons advise them to stop.

What gets me, is why cant all these female celebrities grow old gracefully like Betty White!!?? Betty White is 91 years old and I dont think she has had anything done!! But then I feel that she has a very healthy view of herself and isnt constantly looking at herself in the mirror!!

I think it's the difference between a character actress and someone whose looks have played a large part in their career. People Like Betty White, Angela Lansbury, Judy Dench, and Maggie Smith would always get work regardless and no one would dare criticise if they had a wrinkle or two. Unfortunately for people like Olivia (or Felicity Kendall for instance) papers like the DM can't wait to jump on the 'Oh she dosn't look like she did 30 years ago' routine. Whilst I hate to see the result of face lifts and pillows etc I do sympathise with them, the media can be very cruel. Going by Felicity it settles down after a couple of years as she looks much better now - I just hope she leaves well alone now. I think OJN has had 'the works' over the years, once they have had their skin stretched it loses what elasticity it had left, if they then have more work done later it starts getting seriously freaky. Both the women from Dallas have had face lifts - Sue Ellens' has settled down and looks OK but the other one (Bobbys wife) has had more and more done and look awful. Sadly even the men are doing it now.

I admit to not realizing who she was when I tuned in to the show.

I have a different take on plastic surgery. She is in her 60s and has battled with breast cancer. I think she can have as much plastic surgery as she wants. Its her life and, although I am sure she would have been a beautiful "natural" 60 year old, she decided otherwise.

Another person I can think of is Marie Osmond!! Once she lost all her weight by going on Nutrisystem, Americas premier weightloss programme(all spurred on by being a contestant on Dancing With The Stars causing her to shed the first pounds and then a fainting attack on the show) and, hence, becoming their spokesperson, she looked really stunning and sexy, then about 2 years ago she had some plumping done on her lips and everyone over there was aghast by what she had done, cos she doesnt look the same Marie Osmond they all loved!! Thankfully, she looks a lot better now, and I would class her now as one of the most beautiful women of the world!!!

ONJ in "Grease" was pretty much the ideal way a woman should look IMO
