Cheap - hackable - DVD Player?
Can anyone recommend a cheap (£20-£30) DVD Player, preferably available from a supermarket, which can be hacked to multi-region?

Most cheap Chinese crap is usually region unlocked out of the box. Alternatively just Google for region unlock on any model at your local supermarket.

You can try with this Foehn & Hirsch player http://forconsumers.blogspot.co.uk/2...fications.html , it is cheap and I think it is still on sale at eBay.

I have just checked and the player I mentioned above is ready for region hack, you just have to put in this code: 97350 with the tray open (or 973501 with the tray closed) and press enter.
The model is DV3612 and it costs around £35. |
