Digital Spy's Virtual Apprentice - Question + Answer Thread
This is the thread where I will answer questions about the show, whether it was to do with my decisions or the next task or anything.
This can be treated as a "You're Fired!" type show with a difference. Anyone can post in here, candidates included. They can be asked at any time. I will try and answer all questions possible, but because I like to keep tasks and teams secret, I won't go into too much detail about them. Karren (pothuthic) is also allowed to answer questions and I'd like to draw your attention to the Karren's comments thread, where Karren will comment on the latest task and decisions. |

Why did you decide to send me back to the House?

I thought I did come up with ideas. Why did you think I faded into the background?

You disagreed strongly about the politics and finance side and about the presenters. You were also very good at coming up with ideas instead of those, it is unfortunate the rest of your team didn't listen to them.

Compared to George and Emma, I didn't think you were as vocal and your ideas weren't as pushed forward as theirs. But you were, obviously, much more vocal than Jordan.

It's not really a question, but I'd just like to say that when you said 'Don't take that tone in the boardroom, George', I actually wasn't trying to be rude and sarcastic, merely trying to explain my thought processes to you. I can see how it could be taken the wrong way though, and I apologise if it sounded like that.

It sounded like you were defending yourself, which is obviously understandable in that situation, but it sounded like you thought you did nothing wrong.

I was probably most impressed with the pairing of Denise and Ben - I know it's just a small detail but they really would work well together on a show like this. Well done!

I know for this week it's rather pointless as Jordan almost certainly won't use it, but in future weeks, are we going to have a 'Taxi Interview' thread, where the fired candidate can give their thoughts on being fired, and the process in general?

I will make one for next week. I was thinking about having a whole You're Fired! show but knew it would be pointless since Jordan wouldn't have said anything.

The way the show was divided up was much more appealing than Team Mercury's show and the guest presenters were one of the best, most realistic pairings I've ever seen.

You said this on the house thread:
'I'd like to remind you that neither Lord Stuart or Karren have favourites or dislike any candidates, it is all based on the task.' Does this mean that all the firings will be based on that individual task, and will have nothing to do with performance across the process prior to that point? |

If Karren and I think we should base our decision on previous tasks as well as the current task, then we shall do.

Have either you or Karren heard from Naruto at all? I think he might have forgotten about Virtual Apprentice... he was fantastic in the first task, but didn't contribute at all to the second. Do you know if he'll be around next time?
