I can't watch this because I'm at work, but who have they got filling in for Jeff?

13 Released today, listening to it now very good. First track End of The Beginning very similar to Black Sabbath the song.

I think it's still Gary Holt.

Aye, it was a bit of a bummer. But looking on the bright side, Qotsa tickets are hard enough to get these days, and a no 1 album might have attracted a few thousand more hipsters to the shows.

Nowt worse than that, first time I went to see R.E.M. it was on the Monster tour, and their were some people near me moaning 'bloody hell when are they going to play Losing my Religion'

If anyone was in any doubt as to how utterly ridiculous Cannibal Corpse are.

Cannibal Corpse - Hammer Smashed Face (Radio Disney Version)

Those lyrics! I'm literally crying with laughter

Flip me the bonus tracks in the deluxe edition of the Sabbath album are just as good if not better than some of the main ones. Methademic is insane

We're going on Saturday.

Last time I went there was to see Maiden in 1988 and, like them, I'm going for the anniversary!!

In saying that, though, for me Queen's Of The Stone Age, Alice In Chains, and Katatonia, are also very, very, good reasons to go and I'm really looking forward to seeing them!!

I would go on Sunday to see Rammstein and Stone Sour but my bank account says no.

Just ordered it. If it is as good as Purples new album I'll be very pleased. I've heard a few clips, and liked it though.

Black Sabbath No. 1 in the midweeks, beating Beady Eye by a small 4,500 copies!

Hope they can hold out, will show that real rock/metal music always wins out against indie rubbish!

Heard a song of theirs last night, Liam's lyrics sound like they were written by a five year old, Noel is no Bob Dylan but at least he puts a bit of thought in to it.

Meanwhile I am jealous of you all going to Download, I will look online at the photos of everyone while some shite is on my tv

Does Download not do a live stream?

I've never seen the appeal of Download. There are never that many bands I want to see there, and the whole line-up tends to attract people with different tastes to me.

However, I hope all the attendees on here have a fantastic time.

Amon Amarth are playing
http://metalmouth.net/2013/01/amon-a...download-2013/

Tbh, I'd only be interested in watching Amon Amarth, Maiden & Rammstein, so the expense & hassle really wouldn't be worth it. (says the woman who's going to Bloodstock to see ONE fookin' band )

Yeah, they're the main bands for me, too. There are some others, but if I bought tickets there would be no guarantee that they would be sufficiently spaced out.

I just noticed Turisas hidden away on the Pepsi Max stage on friday. Damn!

I'm starting to worry about Bloodstock now. They've just released extra VIP tickets "Due to demand" with no sign of any 'days'.

Which band? Can't you be a 'roadie' or something? I'd assumed bands could get f&f in. Is that not the case?
