Agreed. Pretty stupid of the producers / floor manager not to brief them tbh. They're not stupid and they'd have taken such advice on board. Something like:
"There will be lots of monitors and cameras but please try to ignore what's going on. Only look at Susannah and Bill and imagine it's like a conversation with only them and you in the room."

I couldn't find out why. I was miffed when they changed to Craig but I do think he is so much funnier.

Is this the last one? I hope not, but I'd hoped we would have a "them watching the other gogglebox viewers" episode where we see what they think of each other. An extended episode where we see some of that at the end would be the next best thing. I'm sure they'd have all have plenty to say about the other viewers and their comments.
