Hi, everyone!

Yesterday, a team from the Glasgow Doctor Who Society filmed an episode of the popular BBC2 quiz show, Eggheads.

There’s no guarantee that our episode will make it to air but, if it does, it will hopefully hit the airwaves later this year.

Did our team make omelettes out of the Eggheads? Or did they leave with egg on their faces?

You’ll just have to tune in (hopefully later this year) to find out!

All we can tell you for the time being is that all of the Eggheads were absolutely lovely, as was our host, Jeremy Vine, and our team enjoyed the experience enormously.

Thank you, Eggheads, for having us, and for making us feel so welcome!

Visit our website at www.glasgowdoctorwho.com for a pic of the team on set!

I can confirm that i've met one of those Glasgow DW society peeps, and she was bizarre/cool, which i liked, and then later i found her on twitter, where she was very cold and weird (not in a good way), which i didn't like.

The rest of the gang seem really cool though. I've seen the pub reviews on youtube. Hopefully it gets aired.

You should pop along to one of our meetings sometime!

We're all bizarre / cool in our own ways.

The long wait is nearly over!

On Thursday 14 January 2014 at 18:00 on BBC2, you will be able to see the Glasgow Doctor Who Society team, Alan McWhan, David Cherry, Deirdre Rusling, Barry Stanton and Kenny Smith (with David Steel in reserve) taking on the Eggheads in the popular BBC quiz show.

Who will win? Or will they...?! (Sorry. Couldn't resist the pun.)

Tune in and find out!

Oh, poo!

I used today's date by mistake.

That'll teach me for posting when I'm just in from work!

It should have read Thursday 23 January 2014.

I think there is a problem in your time circuits, try disengaging the combobulator and engaging the coffee
