useless BT website.
Trying to move my Dads phone number to his new place of abode and everytime I try to do it on the web site I get
Sorry… There's been a technical error – but you can still place your order online. To order a Broadband and Calls package, click here To order a TV, Broadband and Calls package, click here To add BT Vision to your BT broadband, click here To order a new phone line, click here To switch your calls back to BT Click here Ref# CON-0003 Which means I have to phone BT, oh dear, not something I am looking forward to to be honest. |

that was easy
Ok, phoned BT up and it was a bit of a wait on the line because of the tariff my Dad is on, but it is now done and sorted with ease. British call centre, with Scottish accent, friendly and got the job done.
Well done BT, the reason why it did not work on line is because they are having problems. They can do it when they try. |
