Ok, phoned BT up and it was a bit of a wait on the line because of the tariff my Dad is on, but it is now done and sorted with ease. British call centre, with Scottish accent, friendly and got the job done.

Well done BT, the reason why it did not work on line is because they are having problems.

They can do it when they try.
