If there is a Dancing on Ice 2014 obviously

I could never understand why they got rid of Nicky? He has real ice dancing experience, was a former junior world champion, and was quite quirkily eccentric. Remember when they used to have Defrosted on ITV2 after the main show, and Nicky used to have that silly etch a sketch type thing that he uses to play with? There was also his obvious jealousy of Chris which he often struggled to hide, but it made for amusing viewing.

Being back Nicky I say!

The argument was that he was random and his preferences for technique tended to end up favouring males and downplaying some tricks.However, now everyone else is at least as random and has bigger biases. Robin has become more biased to males than Nicky ever was. and Jason, who used to argue for the tricks versus just marking the basic skating technique, is now completely ignoring the quality of the tricks and supposedly marking acting.

Nicky on the other hand sounds really good now commentating on Eurosport and clearly can give a rounded commentary that does look at things from an entertainment perspective and mark properly the tricks and females. if Robin doesn't move back to a more credible overall judging position, you could easily replace him with Nicky and see an improvement.You would then ideally need someone probably from a pairs skating female background and perhaps another actor/dancer and/or celebrity to give a general overview. Even Biggins couldn't do much worse than Jason did this series, and anyone could sit there and say I had fun, you had fun, we all had fun........

Karen sat between Nicky and Jason, both of whom she has issues with.

I heard that he turned in to a OTT God-botherer and went a bit weird and that was the reason he was axed.
