Experts on making crap bread? Some of our stuff isn't bad but not as good as proper Italian bread. Maltese bread is brill too, very like Italian but slightly different.

All fresh bread properly made is great. Mass produced bread is the work of the devil (but fits in the toaster)

lol, Never been to America so no idea what their burger and hotdog buns are like. I do know that when I lived in France and bought sliced 'American' bread it was ruddy horrible!

This talk of Italian food makes me want some Pizza bianca from one of the pizza taglia shops.
