Morrisons to launch online shopping by 1/2014 (in talks with Ocado)
It feels like every year Morrisons make some sort of announcement of plans to launch online shopping.
This time there is a date - by Jan 2014. And this time they're in talks with Ocado (who currently don't deliver to a significant chunk of the UK Details - http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2...ine-food-offer |

I didn't realise that about Ocado. What areas don't they cover?

Ocado have been delivering to the Blackpool area for a couple of years now so they are expanding North. |

I thought it was interesting on the news that they said that they wanted to compete with their main rivals Tesco and Sainsbury.
No mention of ASDA. I wonder if it was just an oversight. Not looked at the figures but in my mind Tesco are the biggest chain followed by ASDA. Edit: I was right according to this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...United_Kingdom |
