Watching ITV live?

Whilst TV is playing up I'm watching fave progs live on my laptop. Have no problems watching BBC Tv shows at the same time that they are showing on TV, but can't seem to find live ITV1. Trying to watch Corrie but can only find previous shows - any advice?
Also, is it possible to watch other TV channels on my laptop? I like watching Pick TV and have followed links, but still not able to access it.

Don't be fooled by the name. It's for watching live TV.

You can find the official ITV live channel here, and it may be better quality than TVCatchup
http://www.itv.com/itv/

Likewise, here is a list of all the official live TV streams for the UK

I've been watching TV progs on my laptop ok for a couple of days now, but having trouble with flashplayer. It's uploaded, but I keep on getting the message that it needs uploading to view. Sometimes I get a blank screen instead of the show I want to watch or I get a small white box in the centre of the screen asking for permission to download info to my computer but wether I click yes or no, there is no response and I can't get rid of the darn thing.
Any idea what's happening?
