NBC kept coming and going for past 24hours so I decided to retune box and now only have 8 channels
Have looked but can't find any outage info, crystal palace sl9 postcode
Any ideas what todo next?

2 free view TVs affected so not the Humax itself

NBC does not broadcast on Freeview!
If you use an aerial (terrestrial reception) check that.
If you use a satellite box to receive Free to air programmes it is known as Freesat.
You cannot watch NBC on Freesat either. If you have lost channels it may be your LNB is faulty or your dish has been knocked slightly out of position.
If you are using Freeview try to connect the aerial direct to the TV and not via any PVR box such as a Humax.

Thanks, should read better before I post BBC coming and going, signal comes from an arial but indirectly so v difficult to plug directly into TV


ITV is there but very bad signal BBC was there this afternoon but not now! If we have arial problem is it likely to be intermittent?
