Can't take to it I'm afraid, it reminds me of a stage play in a theatre, the laughter is so ott. The best bits is the theme tune.

I don't find things like it being last week funny - that's just sad.

Good show overall though.

They did - you must have blinked.

Better episode than last week by far. Penelope is the best of the bunch, though.

I feel like I am watching a corny 70s sitcom, or my family. And the shouting style of acting only needed on the stage.

Are you sure you should be watching a gay based sit-com?

Trying to be heard over those drums? (thinking of that story in the papers today about Helen Mirrens rant).

I laughed out loud several times, (which doesn't happen that often with tv progs nowadays). It's fast becoming my favourite programme.

Some brilliant lines and Frances DLT is superb.

'Women are very proud of their vaginas these days'.

Then, from Penelope: 'I haven't even seen mine'.

I don't find this THAT funny, but at the same time I can't help but enjoy it.

It does to me too, but that's why I like it: I think it's great to see Mckellan and Jacobi together, having seen them both on stage.

It's not half bad. It's a bit old-fashioned, but who here hasn't lamented the passing of the old school sit-com?

It's better then home to roots with John thaw.....
