Tonight we also meet our MYSTERY JUDGE who will be sharing his opinions and verdict on the acts performance in a completely anonymous manner and trust me when I say, he will help the judges improve so much if they listen to his advice! Here's a quick message from the man (or lady) him/herself:

Quick introduction: Hola yes my name is mystery judge and I have tried to be as constructive as possible with the performances tonight just so you can improve and btw I am only ever truly harsh if the song really does deserve it. Luckily you've all avoided the wrath of that this week. One mentor outshone the others tonight btw and you should really take notes on that mentor

Janet, you are just a beauty. Last week I wasn`t keen on your performance, but this week I just loved it. Your vocals were beautiful and I could just listen to you singing this all day. I`ve used this a lot but your were just simply beautiful and your staging was also nicely done. Thank you so much for being in this competition. You won`t be leaving tonight!!

Awww Janet, what a stunning and beautiful way to begin the show. Finding you a song was hard I will admit, because there is a limit to what you can do, but I will never stop believing in you and tonight, this was a beautiful and a divine performance as it showed your Irish charm which I always love. I'm very proud of you for opening the show, Janet.

I think the past two shows you have been one of the stand out performers, however whilst I thought you sung the song well, I did find the song a little bit dull. The themes haven't helped in terms of getting a lot off diverse and different songs for acts and I think it is now beginning to show up as I would like to see you move away slightly from this style and give us something a little bit different. This is something very much in your comfort zone and plays to your strengths. I don't think you will be in trouble tonight as you have a good following, however next time I just want to see you to give us a performance that will firstly wow us again and secondly be a bit of a departure from what we're used to seeing from you.

Janet your first live show performance was your best and to be honest the rest have been really average compared to the first one. Yes you’re a very good singer and the song choice was good in terms of the range you’re capable but this is not the type of artist you should be, you’re an indie folk artist not this type of artist that your mentor appears to slowly be taking you down in the last two shows. The vocals were also way too mature for you as you have a very young and sweet voice like Gossling for example. I think your mentor needs to take you back to what he did in the first show as that is what you should be as an artist. You’ll most likely be safe but I really want to see you go back to the first live show performance and give the performance that me and the other judges know you’re capable of. You’ll be safe this week though I believe.

Declan....I strangely liked that performance. It was quite scary but it suited you well and your vocals were very nice. It does feel like your getting a bit predictable, but I think you should stay with performances like this because I`m loving your performances. I think you should take a few risks, but you should be safe tonight!!

That was another stunning performance by you my SYKES and I have to say you are just a pleasure to mentor and work with. You have such a good style and a great tone to your voice and you just manage to switch it on in every performance. There were some comments a week or so ago about you looking a little uncomfortable on stage; however for me that isn't the case and whilst your performance style and general style is unique and different it totally works for you. I hope people continue to support you, I'm actually overwhelmed that you have got support the last few weeks and I really hope the voters continue to get behind you. There is so much more to come from you so please VOTE DECLAN SYKES!!!

Declan, I have been enjoying your performances as of the first live show, but I have to say that I wasn't really keen on the whole performance as it did kinda take me back, compared to what we've seen from you so far and it wasn't as strong as before. The theme is big ballads and I was listening to an up-tempo song. I'm not sure if the public will forgive you for this rule break but I hope you get another chance to come back and really outshine the rest

Okay Declan one thing I do like a lot about your mentor is he named his team “Team Quirky.” Now to the song choice, I feel that this was slightly unoriginal as you had already performed songs by the Muse on the real version of the show which already gives me an idea of what you would do to this song. Also I am not sure whether this should be classed as a ballad but I’ll let the public decide on that one. Now I think your mentor has been doing a pretty good job with you so far and again he/she (I don’t know which apologies) just needs to be more original next week with the song and go for artists which the contestant has not already covered on the show.

I know you've just sung your heart out but I seriously have to ask is that song actually a ballad? I thought you sung it well and you do have an amazing voice; however I do find some of your song choices slightly dated ; like your week 1 performance it was good, however I think you're lacking a modern edge being relevant. If you're back next week I want you to come out and deliver something a little more current. This week though the song did have a certain wow factor which could well see you through but with so many other performances to come I think you could get lost in the mix.

Stacy that was ok.....that`s all I can say because you`ve been the same every week so it`s just looking which ballad you`re going to do next. I know it`s ballads but I am just sick of seeing you singing the same time of song. Also that seemed repetitive and didn`t go anywhere. I may seem harsh but I think better acts have left over you in the previous shows. If you stay next week you need to do something different. I think your in trouble!!

I've liked your songs recently but I'm sorry Stacy, that song did not work for you. It takes a lot of courage to sing an MJ song, especially this one. It was a great rendition to use, but I felt that the song was a bit too soft for you as your voice is much better for bigger and powerful songs. I've enjoyed you until tonight and I think you may well be in trouble later.

For me Stacy this was way to soulful for you and although I respect that fact your mentor has gone with a more not obvious choice for you I also think your mentor should’ve tried to of gone with a song that was in one way or another more gospel. Although it was a decent performance in terms of your range and the power you have as well it just wasn’t one of those songs that I was honestly wowed by or make me want to see you next week. So if you’re here next week I want you to stay more true to these gospel vocals you have and try to avoid songs like this where it’s just too soulful for you.

Kitty you have done it again. I absolutelly loved it. It sounded just likie you and I couldn`t take my eyes off you and your voice. This is by far your best performance so far, and I really think you will reach the final if you carry on with performances like that. I can`t wait for your performance next week. Last week your comments were pretty 50/50 and I agree the song choice possibly didn't play to your strengths as an artist; however tonight you totally smashed it! The amount of thought and feelings you put into those lyrics was amazing. The thing with you Kitty is that your such a unique artist and I think you could put your own spin on anything and therefore whenever you take the stage it always feels as though we are watching your own concert as opposed to one act in a show. You're diverse, you've got a great voice and I hope people continue to support you tonight so we can see more of what you can do. VOTE KITTY!!!!

What a risk to take by your mentor, at first I was a bit worried that the song would be too much for you, but hearing it once more, I have been proven wrong. Kitty I do like you a lot and I think this performance was good for you, it did feel predictable from my point of view, but for me it also didn’t have the edge of the vocals you have which is what I love about you as a singer. Something like Halestorm would’ve had that slight edge which I would’ve liked to of seen from you more than this song. You do have serious potential as you are really loved on this forum and the one piece of advice I can give your mentor is quirky but edgier vocals in your song choices from now on.
