Just noticed we're still using the rumour thread and the show starts tomorrow, so post here for any general news about Season 16 of DWTS.

What and when the couples are dancing Monday night at 8pm Eastern (NYC) on ABC:

Don't know dance order for these four:

Kellie Pickler/Derek Hough - Cha Cha - 2nd week Jive
Lisa Vanderpump/Gleb Savchenko - Foxtrot
Ingo Rademacher/Kym Johnson - Contemporary - 2nd week Quickstep
Andy Dick/Sharna Burgess - Foxtrot

Ones we do know:

2nd: Victor Ortiz/Lindsay Arnold - Foxtrot
5th: D. L. Hughley/Cheryl Burke - Cha Cha
6th: Zendaya/Val Chmerkovskiy - Contemporary
7th: Sean Lowe/Peta Murgatroyd - Foxtrot
8th: Aly Raisman/Mark Ballas - Cha Cha
9th: Dorothy Hamill/Tristan MacManus - Contemporary - 2nd week Quickstep
10th: Wynonna Judd/Tony Dovolani - Cha Cha
12th: Jacoby Jones/Karina Smirnoff - Cha Cha

Don't know if it holds true for the first show, but usually I think the 2nd through the 5th positions are the worst. Derek has started the show five times out of his nine or ten seasons, so that's probably his and Kellie's position.

Since they're spreading the dances around, I think Andy Dick will be #11. He's our "shock" contestant, with arrests for sexual battery, molestation, public exposure and urination, drugs... I read odds somewhere that gave him 1 million to 1, another said "NEVER EVER to 1"

Andy sounds a real charmer Think he gave Sharna a hard time to start with, seemed to treat her like his therapist.

Not sure if you can see out of US but will post anyway. If not someone will most likely put on YT. Final rehearsals.

Giggy is at rehearsals.

They like having Derek on first, don't they!

I think Jacoby's gonna win at this rate. NFL players have a great track record, he's also the first contestant to come straight off a Superbowl win (bare in mind Hines was on the losing team but won DWTS), he's got a great personality and a dance that fits this, AND he's on last tonight. The signs are pointing his way.

I can't wait for tonight. I think I'm definitely rooting for Zendaya and Val, who look GREAT in training. (it looks like she has the Jive, Week 2)

Andy has already had a breakdown/meltdown/panic attack in training. He thinks they won't show it because there are so many couples and too little time. He doesn't know the producers and their love of drama. I suspect his breakdown will definitely be shown in all its glory.

Thanks Lili yes it works, Giggy gets in on the act with Lisa and Gleb! Nice to see a bit of the rehearsal footage, would like to have seen a bit more. Kellie and Zendaya look standout.

Why has he been allowed on the show with his rap sheet or was he found not guilty?

He seems a bit of a drama queen anyway, without the added pressure of DWTS, is he going to last very long at this rate. DWTS always find an angle for the celebs and pros, so more than probably we get to see his meltdowns. I find him the least likeable from the little I've seen and I didn't know anything about him, which sounds bias, I''m just going on his interation with Sharna, the way he speaks when interviewed and his demeanour.

I am thinking it because he has maintained sobriety for the last year or so. Most of his outrageous behavior has been when he is high as a kite (not that it excuses him but you know when under the influence bad behavior is at its worse). He is quite a drama queen. He can be funny with his comments and I think he there for entertainment and he will be voted off fairly quickly.

Maybe some of his antics could be put down to being under the influence but sexual battery and molestation sounds rather unsavoury, without me knowing the details, doesn't seem like someone you'd want to promote on a family show.

The full episode likely won't be but I can DM you a DailyMotion link which usually puts them up.

Could I have a PM too? I know a YouTube account that uploads a few clips, but like I said - it's only a few.

Just saw Pasha and Kimberley's cha cha cha dance only it was danced by Derek Hough and Kelly Pickler. He used most of the same chorgeography to the same song. Bold move.....

Those links from Carebear (?) don't get uploaded any more? I used to rely on those links as I worked late on Mondays and didn't want to wait until the show was uploaded to the abc,com site. Now I am able to watch it as is, but those links were a godsend...!
