Oh dear they have started already so this is what we are going to hear all night . Just what I thought /
Im not making light of her situation but just the fact that they are obviously trying to use that for ratings and drama

Val will definetely lose and Derek will win which is convenient because he has been moaning about this " injustice " for a while. Derek always wins these contests so it will be either be him or Tristan.

But, But if Zen asks her Z-Swaggers (thats the name of her fanbase ) to vote for Val then he will win

For once Im glad its not about the celebs anymore because I was tired of the backlash towards Z.

Sean's best year of his life is 2012 - for not only being The Bachelor, but meeting future wife Catherine.

Dance: Viennese Waltz
Song: I Won't Give Up by Jason Mraz
Carrie Ann: You had two major lifts. I didn't call any last week, but the lift police is back and I spotted them. Good musicality, though. 6
Len: You're steaming and I'm beaming. A pretty good effort for a difficult dance. Frame was good, wide elbows, flat back. A bit excited sometimes and you sped up a bit, but overall a very good job. 7
Bruno: So sweet. The wide-eyed innocence of a child's first dance. Caring and tender. At times, wonderful fluidity, but you stumble at times, sustain it as the talent is there. Use the good moments and work on the faults. 7
My Thoughts: Not too bad a dance, you can see he's improving each week. V. cheesy ending where he went to kiss bride Catherine. I'd give it a 7.

Victor's best year of his life is 2011 - when he became the Welterweight Champion against Andre Berto.

Oh, and how cheesy - Alan Dedicoat introduces, not with "Dancing the Paso Doble", but "IN THE RED CORNER, VICTOR VICIOUS ORTIZ".

Dance: Paso Doble
Song: We Will Rock You by Queen (Victor's boxing entrance song)
Carrie Ann: When you dance, you're so powerful and committed. But this needs a lot of work, especially on your arms which need to be expanded and used the whole time. 6
Len: I admire your spirit and determination, and you come back from when we knock you down. The Paso Doble needed more refinement and shaping, but you came out and gave your all so well done. 6
Bruno: You definitely punched out the Paso Doble, but you're only supposed to dance it and not destroy it. A few big mistakes. Very specific in style but the footwork threw you a bit. 6
My Thoughts: It wasn't awful, but he did make a few very significant mistakes. I'll give it a 5, as the mistakes were obvious.

Jacoby's best year is 2012 - the birth of his son and winning the Superbowl.

Dance: Foxtrot
Song: Watching You by Rodney Atkins
Carrie Ann: Something so joyous about it. Not old-school Foxtrot but I love that you went out the box and did your own thing. Your butt sticks out a little though, and when it's in you'll have a shot at winning. 8
Len: I was a fan of that dance. I wasn't sure of the solo but big guys trying to be elegant is great. 8
Bruno: Very exuberant and you give it really well. Your hands can be like spatulas but I agree, you've got a good shot at this. 8
My Thoughts: Nothing on his Rumba. He wanted it to be perfect for his son and the pressure was on, but I didn't think it was anything amazing. His solo wasn't bad, but otherwise...not my favorite. (I'm on my own, here!) 6 from me.

Aly's best year is 2012 for representing USA at the Olympics.

Dance: Contemporary
Song: Titanium by David Guetta feat. Sia
Carrie Ann: I'm very proud of you. Great perfection and movement, opposite from what you know. You were completely in the moment, mesmerising. 9
Len: Great balance between emotion and athleticism. One word of advice - the last backflip wasn't perfect, I'll show you how to do it! () 9
Bruno: Forget titanium, you're going for gold! Great balance of spectacular and detail. Emotionally intense and dramatic. 9
My Thoughts: She was amazing. Great gymnastics, and also very touching and emotive. Easily a 9 from me.

You obviously haven't seen Dancing On Ice or Strictly, both did gymnastics, difference is people liked Beth yet complained when Louis did them.

Andy's best year is 2013 so far, as he's been sober - but he's dedicating the dance to his fifteen year-old daughter, Meg.

Dance: Viennese Waltz
Song: Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen
Carrie Ann: (completely in tears, can't speak - hugs Andy) What you said with those movements were beautiful, thanks for those moments. 7
Len: You came in as a man, and you'll come out as a hero, for sure. 7
Bruno: That's the best you've danced with Show 1. 7
My Thoughts: A bit stilted, but a great emotionally performed dance that will make his daughter proud. I'll give it a 7 because it wasn't as strong technically as Sean but better performed and relevant with the theme.
