Sean and Peta - VW
Okay. Couldn't see his feet for smoke. Bit laboured and the 'solo' was cringey.

Victor and Lindsay - Paso
Couldn't see the beginning because of the lights behind! Lidsay rocked that outfit. Victor didn't link the bits together very well - did he forget a bit? Would have liked more flamenco shapes.

Jacoby and Karina - FT
I wouldn't have known it was a foxtrot apart from the tiny bit in hold, which looked weird. He sticks his bum out. Hated the solo. I didn't like it.

Aly and Mark - Contemporary
The gymnastics was brilliant, but I don't think Aly has much lyricism in her body. Found the choreo ungainly. Disappointed.

Andy and Sharna - VW
Andy will end up like a raisin if he keeps crying like this! I don't know that this was all that good, but he's making progess. It was sweet and charming. My fave so far. Sharna's clever .

Zendaya and Val - samba
She looked great, her spinning is fab and she's very sharp and crisp, but couldn't really see any samba-bounce-leg-straightening thing going on. Liked the choreo.

Ingo and Kym - VW
No pre-VT on the clip I watched, so I don't know the backstory...A bit of wafting, but a lot more in hold than most of the VWs this season (yay!). He seemed good in hold. Naff solo.

DL and Cheryl - Foxtrot
Great music for a FT. Fleeting moments when I thought he was dancing a little bit, but Cheryl choreographed as little FT for him to do as she could possibly get away with.

Kellie and Derek - Rumba
As expected she made fabulous shapes. As rumbas go on DwtS, I thought it was great, but it was a bit staccato and whippy in parts for me (a matter of taste, I suppose). Really showed her flexibility.

Lisa and Gleb - Cha Cha
That VT package was such a set up (I don't mean she faked fainting, but the rest of it :yawn. There was plenty of basic CCC in there, but I don't think she had the hip-leg technique and it was all rather polite and a bit disengaged. Not the worst dance of the night, but I think she'll be in trouble.



I hate personal story week with a vengence (or whatever they're calling it). The emotional manipulation makes me want to hurl, so maybe that's why I found so little to like, especially in the first half ...

Have only watched the VTs and dances, not judging or scores, so for me .....

best: Kellie/Zendaya/Andy
worst: Sean/DL/Lisa
most disappointing: Aly/Jacoby
most blah: the others

They are so bitter its hilarious all this twitter voting is hilarious I dont know why some people take it too seriously

I see gurning mark back with a vengeance

There were lots of samba steps into Z and Val's routine even though I agree with Len that yes her solo didn't really have samba steps.
Zen did Bachacata incredibly difficult steps;I was so impressed to see her do that which should tell some people how good she is. Unless some people dont even know what it is. Even Nicole Sherzinger (per Derek ) couldn't do it during her samba in season 10. Zen is the only celeb to have attempted it on Dwts besides Stacy Keibler (back in season 2 when she was partnered with Tony ).
Yeah she deserved at least 3 9s for that routine and she was robbed by Len . I cant help but to think that he is giving her the same treatement he did with Nicole.
Anyways Im glad that they are underscoring her now because it gives her room to grow and will lay her off a little bit of the " ringer " talk I think.
Random : cute moments when Val tapped her nose during that dance which I think was so cute you can tell that they get along so well and him singing along to that dreadful singer who murdered that Bey's song .

Jacoby mugs the camera too much especially when other couples are being interviewed; I find it a bit annoying now and " arrogant " and some people find it " cute" .....go figure .

I notice that and thought how cute, especially as it made her smile.

(2nd BIB)Seriously? wow! Quite a lot of celebs have had a go at them on SCD, admittedly with mixed results (Pendledrama, anyone).

Zendaya is so much better than everyone else in the competition you've got to feel a bit sorry for them, she's set the bar very high. I must admit I was surprised she's sixteen - she looks about twenty to me! Glad Val's being respectful.

I reckon Lisa *really* fainted when she heard there's going to be a hip-hop week. No woman over 50 is going to look good body-popping

Andy has surprised me the most. He is trying (and crying!) and I noticed in that group prom dance last week he seemed to be completely 'in' it and wasn't looking to his partner for his cues (as many others were).

Im actually so surprised at the results tonight
-TPTB learned their lessons because the judges choose the encore dance this time.
-And regarding Val dancing with Karina : well I love that little dance very much; he is the most the decorated pro on the show and she is the most decorated female dancer and their little solo was excellent: great latin dancers
-Im still shocked that D.L is still there and Sean and Ingo , who is saving them especially the former ?
-Im really surprised that all the drama with Lisa didnt work out ; it usually does. And when they showed how Kim and other dancers asked about Lisa's condition, Gleb seemed so matter of fact about it (which made me suspicious once again about the fainting and whatever ensued ).
-Oh and Derek AT & T performance with that blind dancer was beautiful he looked choked up at the end of it and had a hard time talking . See I really do like Derek but I just dont like the way some people are over-fanatic over him.
He is a talented dancer/choreographer and a great person
-Seeing Val rumba tonight with Anna which was so stunning btw makes me excited to see what and how he is going to choreograph a rumba with Zen. I think he will do a great job as well.
-Overall great results show. But I missed the backstage reactions of other couples (Zen, kellie, Aly, Ingo,....) I mostly watch the results show for that reason so Im kind of mad that they stopped showing that but its understandable given that they were short on time.

yah. Im really surprised that with all the drama America didn't feel sorry for Lisa and saved her. I think she was quite relieved to leave the show.

I love how Z pleasantly surprised everyone this season. Everyone thought (even I ) that she would be another Disney star with no fanbase, charisma, not a lot of personality.....but she proved a lot of people wrong ...and I love seeing Derek takes the backseat for once and get snubbed

Im sure TBTB really thought Derek would win this pro contest (even I knew he would win ) but I didnt expect to see Z campaign so hard for him .
