kk my thoughts for week 2

Ingo - He is just dull for me. I am just not connecting with him or his performances ATM don't know why.

Dorothy - Sad but the jive was clearly awful. However I hope she survives cause I really like her.

Jacoby - It was okay and Jazz is better than contemporary, he is safe as houses this week. I even predict he will make near the finals cause America loves NFL players on the show.

Victor - It was okay but his VT did him no favours. He looked like a bit of a jerk towards Lindsay. Also I was shocked when I looked at the combined scores to see he was near bottom so I think he may be in danger this week.

Wynonna - Awful performance IMO. What on earth was Tony thinking with the Mall Cops. Eeek =/

Zendaya - Amazing. Loved it.

Andy - It was okay but just too crazy for me.

Sean - OMG he was fit tonight =/ sorry to say. Other than that, zzzzzz

Alexandra - I kinda forgot she was on the show =/ Anyway she was great.

Lisa - Fabulous performance. It made me laugh how awful it was.

DL - I'd be saying my goodbyes now.

Kellie - The Derek effect is doing her no favours. I just kinda rolled my eyes at how great she was as it felt like any other season when Derek shows off his "fantastic" choreography.

All in all good show.

I pretty much agree with everything.
Zendaya and Val : she has so much swag on that dancefloor ; so mature . And of course Brooke or the judges who reminded us of her age for the 100th time .
Bruno will have to control himself for some of his comments towards her, noticed how Tom and Carrie Ann told him to cut it off when he was starting to get a little more descriptive (like he always do ) with this comments; its very easy to forget her age
I find it funny that some people called her the very attractive jailbait girl

-Andy I loved it; it was mad entertaining and whacky. Of all the new pros Im liking Sharna the most plus eye candy Gleb what a gent
-Derek and Kellie routine reminded me of a contempory routine , was that supposed to be jazz . And you can tell the judges prepared those comments (thats how I saw it ). And was being shirtless necessary Derek ?

DL is going home tonight imo and I think Zendaya and Val will have the encore tonight because they trended 3 times worldwide last night

me too, I cant stop watching that jive . She exceeded my expectations. Jive is usually hard or a bit awkward for tall girls like her because like Val said in their Vt those long legs can make it hard for her to deliver the speed required for the dance but OMG she pulled it off.
Val is doing an outstanding job with the choreography this year . And the way she owns the floor, so charismatic and fearless .
Usually some people get scared, freeze or forget their routine but nope she just go out there and give it her all I love it .
And I have to say that I absolutely love their chemistry; they are so in-sync with each other its insane .
I think that Z, Kellie and Allie (mostly bc of her fanbase I think ) and jacoby (even though he is not that good imo; he reminds me of Hines : okay dancer but overrated simply because he is a football player )

I have to add one more thing about the outfits. Val , Gleb and Derek know how to dress their partners ; Zendaya, Lisa and Kellie always looked stunning on that dancefloor .
I saw an interview of Val where he said its not just dwts but managing the stars because he has a lot of say in how Zendaya's outfit , make-up, hair needs to be for the performance .
I still dont understand why Mark put Allie in that horrible outfit last week ; I was afraid her boobs were going to fall out at any moment . And last night, he did a much better job with her costume but it made her looked frumpy imo.

I just love her enthusiasm, comittment & attitude to her dancing, she is definitely not letting early praise go to her head.

Thanks for all the links, I have thoroughly enjoyed this week, some of it was theaatrical but it was clever to try and disguise or distract from some of the bad dancing, a few none jives Overall they are all doing well.

Wynona and her slow-mo quick step, don't think Tony chose the most flattering attire for her.

Thought Aly and Mark were very good, Zendaya and Val.

Wasn't enamoured with the inclusion of jazz

Derek and Kellie's very routine danced well but it didn't do anything for me.

Ingo thought his top line was sagging and a bit of funky footwork, underwhelmed by him, was expecting more.

I felt the same way. All the build up leading up to it but it just left me cold. It was nice but just meh....like something was lacking.

I thought Dorothy and Tristan were incredibly undermarked. It should have been one or two sixes, as although it wasn't great, I could name half a dozen Jives weaker than that where the celebs haven't even been injured.

I feel bad for Tristan. He always gets the older women and the one time he got someone a bit younger, Pamela Anderson, she was a complete train wreck. I like Dorothy and I thought she was very good last week, but last night's Jive was weak. I also hope she stops being so self critical because while a bit of that is expected when you don't do well, it's going to get old fast. I think she has the potential to be a good dancer if she can work on her self confidence. Having said that, I would have loved to see Tristan get a real contender like Zendaya.

yessssss , no competition ; . If she keeps doing well and TPTB keep letting trending contestants names decide the encore then she will probably have the MOST encore this season . Her fanbase doesnt play . I was on twitter last night and her name trended 3 different times worldwide

Really didnt like the edit on this video it doesnt show any of them in great light. Zendaya is in impossible situation as every interviewer mentions how young she is & i feel she is just trying to say that her age shouldnt be barrier to her doing well on DWTS. As for Lisa/Karina etc yes she is young & has lots energy but she also has lots other commitments & they have much more life experience to pull on to give great performances than she does & IMO they all know when they sign up to do DWTS its going to be physical so why say their age/maturity is disadvantage???
