Hey guys,
Can anyone help me?

For years I have been hoping to locate an old arcade game from the late 80's/early 90's.

The game looked a lot in style like 'Tumblepop'. One or two players could jump around platforms on a screen similar to Tumblepop. The good guys would throw Apples at the bad guys. Around the screen would be pieces of cake and if you ran over the cake (trying to dodge a bad guy) - you got fatter and it became slower to run.
You had some kind of juice you could drink to restore yourself to a slim body again but only one or two cans of this.
If you ate too much cake you would get too fat and die.

Can anyone remember the name of this game???
I would be forever grateful if someone can come up with the name.

Completely as well as Tumblepop.
But how cool is it when the good guy shouts "Lets Diet" at the start of each level!? Mad or what
