According to Mrs Diva I'm pretty good.

I try to do my own thing, not follow recipes, though I might use one as a base to come up with something if I'm a little stuck for ideas. Chicken dishes, beef dishes, steak dishes, veggie, pizzas, pastas, Sunday roasts....they're the usual stuff, I do

I'm often like this, towards the middle or end of the month I am down to my last bits, so making chickpea chilli.

I enjoy making bolognese dishes, curries, casseroles in this weather I only get complaints if I accidentally put too much spice in..

Pretty good. Can cook most anything now, e.g most recipes ....really! However, steer clear of long list of ingredients. Being proficient means I can easily adapt recipes.

i make a brill chilli bean soup from not very much. ive got lots of dried beans which i cook and freeze. add anything thats hanging around to the beans and yummy soup appears.”

i`m fond of quick chuck its so it`s often a variation of a creme fraiche/cream/coconut or tomatoey sauce with rice or pasta i throw what i`ve got that`s suitable in and i`m partial to caramelised onion so it often involves that.

my quickest, tastiest soup is caramelised onions, garlic fried off in butter, bung in a tin of chopped tomatoes and herbs of choice, take off the heat and stir in a little cream, chuck cheese and croutons on top. bingo. ten minutes, tops.

noey louis: i see it as a creative challenge.

Im not bad but what i am bad at is eating my own cooking, cause I will be critical.

Im veggie but I cook meat dishes for my son and thats hard cause I cant do any taste testing.

think I might buy a new cook book and expand my range actually...

I'm a pretty good self-taught cook, learnt pretty late in life, my Mother was a FAB cook so was always intimidated of not being good enough.

I can now however cook very well, either from recipe or invent something myself, tend to cook completely from scratch, don't really use any ready-made stuff.

I'm rubbish. I cook most of what I eat myself, but it's basic stuff like pork chops and veg. I can manage a beef stew, but after that it's down to bought sauces like "Chicken Tonight".

I don't particularly enjoy cooking, either.

I used be a lot better than I am now. All the stuff I've tried to cook from scratch over the past few years has all turned out a bit shit.

I don't think I am particularly good and some things end up a disaster but a few people have said I should go on Come Dine With Me and they are not even being sarcastic!
