Josie vs John-James vs Corin vs Sam Pepper: Who Wins?

It was the great BB final that never was, as bad as a series BB11 became by it's end the prospect of a 5 star free-for-all between Josie, John-James, Sam Pepper and Corin was for many the only thing to savour and look forward to, 4 strong contenders each with a realistic chance of winning.

The farcical quadruple eviction robbed us of this face-off, but if it did take place who in your opinion would have won?

With it being a vote to win, I think Josie and John James would have made the final two.

Everytime I try and guess what would have happened, I end up talking myself out of it with a different guess.

Taking a quick stab at it.
4th - John James (turned off alot of people towards the end, he also splits the JJJ vote)
3rd - Corin (benefits from the anti-JJJ vote, but she had a bit of a popularity drop around this time)
2nd - Sam (His popularity had the biggest momentum and he also benefits from the anti-JJJ vote, but not as much as Corin, since Sam became friendly with them towards the end. And I sense maybe some of his popularity was just hype and that it wouldn't translate to enough votes for victory)
1st - Josie (benefits from the combined JJJ vote, plus she possibly had more appeal to the casual/floating voters than the other finalists, except maybe Corin)

What I THINK would have happened:

1st: Josie
2nd: Sam
3rd: John James
4th: Corin

What I'd WANT to happen:

1st: Corin
2nd: John James
3rd: Sam
4th: Josie

I must be alone in being glad Sam didn't make the final. He was such a disappointment for me.

Sam was a novelty act, fine for a while then he got irritating and then even worse when he started licking ass.

I'm glad he never made the final either and had he been in the full series I reckon people would of hated him by the end.

I always thought the same. Pretty much a one-trick-pony, whose act was getting pretty tired even in the short time he was in there!

And me she was one of my favourite housemates ever.

I lost interest after Sunshine and Shabby left within a few days of each other, didn't like many of the others only Ben, Mario and Racheal really.

That sounds about right to me too.

I always liked Corin and - much as I was a JJJer at the time - I still felt very uncomfortable with her treatment in the last couple of weeks, I felt she was picked-on non-stop almost, and kept her dignity pretty much throughout it all. I would have been happy had she won.

I think Sam would have won, he briefly went to favourite before the 4 out thing was announced. He had the momentum.

Based on the rate he put on twitter followers AND the fact that the JJJ vote would be split, I would say most likely Sam would have won:

1. Sam
2. Josie
3. John
4. Corin

The most unpredictable factor would be the young v old voting demographic. Would Sam's younger fanbase have been as likely to vote (and have enough money to vote) as Josie's middle-aged fanbase. Tricky one that.

There would also be the question whether if John was telling his fans to vote Josie they would take any notice. Imo, that would be more likely to have dropped his vote to 4th, rather than lifting Josie to the win.

josie would have won a lot more appeal to the average viewer, would have liked john james to have stayed to the end, corin i liked but did go off her a bit at the end, sam hated from beginning to end. my other fave was shabbey wish she would have stayed and that awful keeva would have gone earlier.

So true, his arse licking of John james and Josie was nauseating and he was just plain nasty to corin.

Didn't he throw her make-up bag over the wall or something like that??

If Sam or Corin had a chance of winning, the final is not something I'd look forward to at all.

I'm glad the 4-way eviction eliminated them; and something must have been seriously wrong somewhere if Corin was a strong contender.

Anyway, I think Josie still would have won.

Think:
1. Corin.
2. Sam.
3. John-James.
4. Josie.

Want:
1. John-James.
2. Josie.
3. Corin.
4. Sam.

Yes, I think that's very reasonable. I agree with all of that.

I agree with that as well. People adored Sam when he came in because he was the fearless voice asking the questions we all wanted asking. (Though a bit unfair imo; since when has it ever been part of BB to put in a very late housemate to torment people with his outside knowledge?) But he showed signs of becoming a massive annoyance quite quickly. Allowing for the fact that he was extremely young, he still had rather a heartless, ruthless streak; and people like that never win in the end.

It had to happen at some stage.

I think Josie was always destined to win. She's now shed her skin, of course. At the end of the BB11 she was still the bubbly Bristolian girl next door who was indignant at the suggestion that she'd sell a story about her private life.

Ha!
