Credit where due I've heard many instances where he has posed for photos etc but to block me for posting a rather polite tweet is absurd.
He hasn't blocked anyone for making a Polite tweet. The fact you didn't just post the direct tweet for us to see, means it was a nasty vindictive foul mouthed tweet. So you deserved to be blocked.

The fact you continue to be obtuse and evasive in response to requests about what it was exactly you tweeted speaks volumes tbh.

Would also like to see what you Tweeted him...

A while ago there was a bit of a scandal when he gave away a puppy on his LemonAid show, Keith was very rude and sarcastic to anybody who asked him about it - despite them being polite and asking valid questions.

Yeah, he's become a bit of a prat in the last few months.

I mean, blocking Katie Price from his show because she called Kelly Brook a heffer? I don't like Katie Price by any stretch of the imagination, but banning her from the show because she said a bad word about someone he doesn't like just smacks of immaturity.
He was doing the whole country a favour there.

He was on loose women once as himself. It's on YouTube somewhere
Yeah, it's on there somewhere. He comes over as a milder version of the Keith Lemon character IRL, rather than Avid Merrion.

It wasn't just a "bad word" though was it ?. She also tweeted that topless picture of Kelly as well which was really quite creepy. I appreciate as far as Price is concerned, there's probably not much she doesn't share with the press but that's not to say other things weren't said to Brook in private.

Kelly is a mate of Leigh's as it is, so all he's really doing is backing her up over this and I don't really have a problem with that.

No. That just proves he's sane. Katie Price is not comfortable to be around, or have on your show, and he's seen an out, and he's taken it. Also, Brook is his mate, and he probably thought KP had a cheek.

I really don't think you can call someone a prat for making sure they won't have to share a stage with KP.

I think he appeared once as himself on The Frank Skinner Show and had Davina McCall there holding his hand for support.

Also sure i've seen a youtube clip of him on the red carpet where he wasn't in character.

Apart from that when i've seen him he's always been seen in character.
He did a thing years ago where he went back to Leeds and saw his old home, which still had masks in the loft that he had made, also went to see his old art teacher.

From what I've seen of his replies to questions I think he tends to get asked a lot of the same questions over and over again-mad fans of crappy pop bands asking if/when they will be on the show when he has nothing to do with the booking process (obviously) and never knows who is on until he gets to the weekly recordings, why Keith Lemon wears a bandage etc. So I imagine he just blocks anyone who asks those kind of questions in case they keep spamming him with them.

I've seen the Loose Women interview with him out of character and he comes across as a nice guy.
My son (a camera man ) has met loads of celebs through his work and hasn't a good word to say for many but met him and said he was a real regular bloke

Yes, but she then apolgoised for it all and no further words have been said between the two. It seems that Francis and Jodie Marsh are the only ones who still seem to want to discuss it. The rest of the nation could care less, as I'm sure is the case with Brook and Katie Price.

And yet he's been just hunky dory with her up 'til now. Complimenting her and defending her from criticism, both deserved and undeserved. Two faced.

I think the Kelly B situation is a handy thing to hang an excuse to bar KP on. Who could blame him.KP was rubbish on CJ,rarely interacted and for 90% of the show was po-faced . In his words ->
Keith, 39, waded into the Kelly/Katie war last week, saying: "Katie is never coming back on Celebrity Juice."

And he added: "She was rubbish when she came on here before.

"She was wooden and didn't relax and thought we were trying to take the p*ss.

"We were, but that's the point of the show."

I merely asked why he wore a bandage. In jest I joked about him milking it.. Proper comedians would take it as banter and say something funny back surely?

I've had Hollywood director/actor Kevin James favourite a tweet of mine before. I asked him a comment whilst passing judgement on his friend Matt Damon who I detest yet he took the joke well..

Copy and paste the *offending* tweet then? Suggests your tweet was not as innocuous as you make out.

I'm actually finding the dancing around the actual content of the tweet quite entertaining

Not at all; simply OK with her until she crossed the line about a friend of his; nothing 2 faced about that IMHO.

Er, I think we've long since figured what you asked, we're asking exactly how you asked so nothing short of a direct quote will suffice. Your endless waffle suggests you have something to hide...

If the quote ^ is yours, I can see why he blocked you as it really makes you sound as if you're taking the pi$$.

It's very hard to say what's a 'joke' in print as it's difficult to tell the tone because you can't hear someone's voice or see their facial expressions.

I also wouldn't characterise the quoted tweet as being 'quite polite' either. Of course if it's not that tweet that the OP is referring to, then I withdraw all comments immediately

Being a comedian is his job - he doesn't have any obligation to be funny in his off time. I get the impression you tweeted his personal account rather than the Keith Lemon one

I happen to be a fan of Leigh Francis albeit Bo' Selecta! over anything else though so I do feel a slight bit aggrieved by the rudeness of the man.

Was it really necessary to give out my Twitter account considering I may post in the advice forum citing certain issues and would probably need some anonymity?

Probably not, but as you were being somewhat reticent about posting what you'd actually said after having started the thread in the first place, you can't really blame someone else for doing it for you.

Now that you've confirmed that it was your tweet, can you genuinely not see why LF may have read it as someone having having a pop and acted accordingly?

It wasn't rude in anyway. Plus if I wanted people to now my account I would have it in my bio on DS.

If you didn't want people to know your Twitter account, you shouldn't have started this thread in the first place.

Natural curiosity will always lead people to search for that Tweet if you weren't willing to state what you'd said.

It's a bit sad to go scaling through someone's tweets or account through 'curiosity'. The fact that someone easily stumbled across it shows Keith can't be as popular as you hangers-on are saying.
