It's the first single from her new album Nocturnes and it's on iTunes to download now. Here's the Youtube link for those who haven't heard it:

It's a great song and shows how much her music has progressed since her first album.

^ huh?

I said that because the songs on her debut sounded so repetitive and actually had no verses, the songs were just one chorus repeated over and over if I remember right.

I liked Hands and it was one of my favourite albums of 2009 but I can't help thinking that some of the songs were more commercial and poppy than the songs on Nocturnes.

The songs sounded like they were on loop, maybe this was intentional, quite a few of the songs on Hands just repeated themselves over and over, really boring album for me.

She sounds a bit like Annie on the verses.

I really want to like her new material, because I properly loved Hands and Illuminations, but I just don't like anything so far

I'll still be buying the new album though. Hopefully they'll be something on there I like. Crescendo sounds quite nice.

Cheesy grins will get you nowhere! Try my tongue instead!

Anyways, there are clearly verses and choruses to be heard on Hands.

I see what you mean about the Annie comparisons. The new stuff sounds 'lighter' on the ear than the production style of Hands.

Ooh i like this. It's a bit lighter than Motorway but i like it. I really really can't wait for Nocturnes. This albums sounds less commericial than Hands, which I am liking, so she isn't desperate to be successful.
