The rumour is when Andrew was very, very ill the dogs where given temporary to another member of the Andre family to look after. I do not know if there is much truth in the rumour.

And old saying that always seems to be the truth: A rumour/lie runs halfway round the world before the truth has got its boots on.
That is what i heard, and i do understand to a degree, but i do feel that it should of been mentioned.

Really? Where did that rumour come from? And surely if that were the case, PA would just confirm it? And they'd be back home now in any case, as the kids would be missing them. It's the absence of the kids' talking about them that's most suspect.

But then, it is a very heavily edited show....
Rumour was on twitter Lexi. I am unsure what to believe.

From what's being said on here his fans have asked him about the dogs but he has said nothing.

If that rumour is true it is perfectly reasonable and acceptable...but why not answer his fans about what's happened to them??confused:

I think it's quite funny that Cyril is seen as agenda-laden but those who defend PA and CAN to the hilt are not.
I am not comfortable with any FM's real life id being guessed at/hinted at/exposed, to be honest. That is for them to do, not others.

I think it is a perfectly reasonable question to ask, and should be addressed, given so much fuss was made when the dogs were taken on. I think they will have to address this soon.

I don't believe he still has the dogs, we've had 5 or 6 eps of his show & not a glimpse of them.

I am in no way being flippant regarding Andrew being ill but would there be a reason PA had to get them re homed while Andrew was staying?Personally I think if he still had the pugs & was being asked on Twitter he'd be mighty quick in reassuring us he did.
My guess is he bought them for J & P because "they deserved a treat" they've got bored as kids do & Pete being an overgrown kid too got equally bored with the responsibility, realised he couldn't heap anymore on to poor Gloria so has had them re homed.
I fully expect a tale of woe on Twitter in the next few days, tearfully explaining the reason he no longer has them.

Thanks, Just a little 1. So, basically, random speculation, not fact-based, and no different to what we're doing here.

Even if it were for that reason (which, I'm sorry to say, I doubt), where are they now? Why are they not back home? Like others on here, I have dogs and I just find it almost impossible to understand how he/the kids wouldn't be missing them and wanting them back home at the earliest opportunity. For dog lovers, dogs are family members...

...but then... doesn't he have previous with dog abandonment?

It wouldnt surprise me if wootten wasnt something to do with all the pitying, bigging up headlines that NOW produce about PA , as for KP bearing grudges, who the hell wouldnt against an ex that used you, and your kids for publicity in the most disturbing way

One of them belongs to Battersea Dogs Home. You cant rehome one of their rescue dogs and it has to go back. No doubt we will have the "people are speculating about whether I have given my pugs away" in New Mag soon

Oh for sure, followed by CPs well thought out reason as to why "poor Pete" had to get rid of his beloved Pugs

if he still has the dogs, I expect a pic with them in the mag I have no idea if he has them or not but find it strange that he hasn't replied on twitter if he has them, unless CAN do his twitter and decide to overlook this and see where it goes.

Agreed. Attempting to out someone on a messageboard where everyone is anonymous unless they personally opt out, is rather unpleasant.

Yup, agreed here too.

A someone who logged onto DS a few years ago to discover that someone had posted my actual picture into the showbiz forum, privacy is key on here. It was thoroughly upsetting and as much as we all slag off zelebs on here - they choose to put themselves into the public eye - we don't.

Me neither - god's sake, look who we're talking about - but what I dislike most is the way it seems to be ok to gang up on one person and accuse him of all sorts, while ignoring the other agenda-pushers on here.

The mob-handed attacks on here aren't nice and to me, often have an orchestrated feel.

Not talking about any particular side here..it's something I've noticed on DS forums in general.

Completely agree that everyone's anonymity should be respected. Don't think there was any intention to 'gang up' on Cyril - he's a very active poster who always gives as good as he gets and it seems to develop into a Q&A at times when he's on.

* Apologies Cyril if you felt you were being grilled! *

I'm not on twitter, so can't do it myself, but if anyone is Twitter - why not send him a tweet asking where the dogs are? He might just answer.

... maybe they knew she would break down like that. It certainly didn't surprise me.

I think you are right about what you said. Though as for burngate etc - that's more about PA cocking up CP's PR campaign isn't it? (especially after the same happened to H) If he didnt make any mistakes there wasn't a whole lot KP could use against him.

And as you say, she has scored own goals, but then thats just her, she can't help herself.
I don't think they could have predicted how mad her reaction would be... and even if they had KP and KP alone is responsible for her actions and their consequences... just like PA and PA alone is responsible for burngate.

The trouble with KP is she thought that she was the popular one... she was the star... the public didn't agree... PA didn't suffer a major fallout from burngate which he should have imo... so when she talks of a smear campaign people don't take her seriously... the incidents she is talking about are insignificant and unmemorable when compared to her own actions... it is like saying yes I stabbed him but he pinched me and it really hurt.

I am not comfortable with any FM's real life id being guessed at/hinted at/exposed, to be honest. That is for them to do, not others.
I am with you on this Artless... I thought that was a joke I didn't understand till I googled a real person and it is not on.

I got one of my dogs when a family member had to work overseas for three months... when she came back the dog had bonded with my family and was unhappy when she took him home... she brought him back after a week and we now have joint custody which he is very happy with... when I was a kid we had a dog that was in quarantine for six months it was an awful experience they really do suffer terrible separation anxiety so I sincerely hope wherever they are their welfare has been put first.

Poor Gloria. She must be exhausted after having to take down the 500+ pics of DOTY from every room in that house, remove the hooks, fill in the holes, and touch up the paintwork so the estate agents could photograph it.

Pics of him, or his kids?
