I agree Momma... Babies/small children are very able to travel ..it's when they get older and attend school it will become more difficult ..
That's where good boarding schools come into it , mine didn't attend any because I came back to the UK to see to their higher schooling , but plenty of army families did , and the kids did well

Sorry BEL, have to disagree with you there , if she had the right support , then it could be very attainable , no reason she couldn't take the child with her.
I was an army wife and our children travelled the globe with us wherever my husband was posted , my daughter and son-in-law have taken their 2 sons with them when they worked abroad.
It can be done without being detrimental to the children
No problem at all with you disagreeing with me Momma

Since you have travelled with children then you are much more knowledgeable about it than I ever could as it's something I've never done.

Personally speaking, I imagine it to be my worst nightmare, even organising family holidays abroad can turn me into a quivering wreck

I suppose it's up to the individual but to be honest, it's not for me.

Interesting timing of this pregnancy. Whats the chances you have a contraceptive accident, when your former wife is carrying her baby

Can you imagine if Emily was heavily pregnant and then Katie Price announced she too was having a baby. Deliberate act would be the first thing said. Why should Peter Andre be exempt from criticism.

My feeling is that this was a planned baby for reasons only known to Peter Andre and there will be a few.
^^^this,
OMG If Katie had announced a pregnancy when her ex Petey's partner was also pregnant and the Royal baby was due i have to say that 1000% Katie Price would of been slaughtered to the hilt about wanting to be in the limelight/wanted to out do her ex hubby...the list would of been endless.
i also have to agree with Betty too but don't know how to multi quote that Petey is somehow devoid of any criticism when he quite obviously did the photo call patting Emily's belly so that everyone would speculate and speculate they did but its all Katie Price's fault for tweeting something that Peter Andre almost certainly knew she knew about,
as a day or two later she said the kids were really excited,-
Now i know she was wrong to tweet it,but the fact that Petey is not even criticized for his part in stirring the media up is just to me!

I never believed it was a genuine relationship ... Just a CANmance
.

This is why I just don't like him, he has made alot of money not from talent but because he hooked up with a ruthless PR company who are willing to exploit everything and anything and PA is just a nodding dog who will go along with anything they ask him to.

Some people might say well good on him, why not if you've got the opportunity, yes, fair enough, but it doesn't mean I have to like the guy or think he is anything more than a devious self-publicist.

But he has been criticised for riding on KP's coat tales. He has even been accused of announcing the pregnancy on the day that the Royal baby was born. If you believe there has been no criticism of him, read through this thread! His ex wife tweeted about the pregnancy before it was announced, irrespective of whether he hinted at it in the photograph, she knew exactly what she was doing and she had no right to do that.

I didn't know any different to be honest , the army was more than a job it was a way of life and we had a community.
Having said that , We couldn't send them to boarding school , not that there was anything wrong with that , but it wasn't for us.

Sorry but I don't think that's true it was already announced in the Daily Mail.

The article was first published at 01:46 .... KPs tweet was at 2:29pm http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...tulations.html

Edit. 07:18, 22 July 2013 http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...ing-child.html

Just curious, did PA tweet congratulations to KP when she announced she was pregnant?

My adopted daughter and her hubby are in the forces.. Well he is Bomb Disposal .. And they have decided when their daughter gets older they will send her to a boarding school so she has a settled education.. But that's something I would never consider because I want my children with me.. Each to their own

To be fair, I don't think Ella is talking about on here. She probably means that all over celeb mags and Daily Mail comments people are gushing about how lovely it is that he's having a baby, but if the situations were reversed and KP had announced a pregnancy while Peter and Emily were expecting then the coverage would have all been about how she was deliberately hogging the limelight and CAN/PA would almost certainly have made some underhand comment to that effect.

Why on earth would he do that? They are in the throws of a Court case, there is no love lost between them, which makes KP's tweet offering congratulations even more ridiculous and attention seeking. Of course all her fans think this is so nice of her, because they can't see the obvious. How many people do you know who have an acrimonious relationship with their ex tweet congratulations about a new baby?

It would be very weedy of me not to join in as I have slated Emily, purely on what I've seen of her on PA's Reality Show, which IMO is someone a bit dreary, not much personality & I truly believe she tries to portray herself as timid, shy etc but deep down she absolutely loves the fame & attention she's getting from being the girlfriend of PA.

Also, just my opinion but I think she is very silly to tie herself down with a child at such a young age, especially at the start of a new career & one that has taken years of work to qualify in, obviously she can return to work when she feels the time is right but I was always under the impression she wanted to work abroad, not very practical or realistic with a young child.
Regardless of who she is and who she is with, my first reaction to the news was actually sadness for a bright girl who wants to be a doctor. I don't know if she has any idea how hard being a junior doctor is anyway, let alone with a baby as well.

And before I get told it's just because it's PA, let me just say that my brother is a doctor, now in his second year of his specialism and I know how hard the last few years have been. There have been times over his training that we've met for a family event and he's been asleep in the corner. We all went on holiday together to celebrate the end of his foundation programme and he pretty much crashed out for the first 4 days.

So, good luck to them if that's really what they want but I don't think she knows what she's in for if she does want to continue her training

Nah, don't go with that. A card would have been nice for the kids to give to their dad, but of course that wouldn't have been seen by millions and filled column inches in the papers

That's a fair assessment Blondie , I feel the same , I'm not sure if she realises how hard it will be , but if she gets the right support , then it can be do-able.
I don't envy her , a lot of hard work ahead.

Well I'm sure if they had, PA would have milked it for all it was worth on his show/twitter, I can just see it now, his eyes tear filled as he shows a close up of the card to the cameras and then breaks down blubbering saying how much he loves his kids *sniff*

I think that without a doubt, whoever PA "ended up with" would have been scrutinised, dissected and picked apart, both by those who like PA and those who don't.

In some ways it may be unfortunate for Emily that she will inevitably be "tainted" by her association with PA, purely because of the way that he has so obviously used every part of his life thus far to remain in the public eye.
She may well NOT want to go down a similar route - clearly that remains to be seen - but whether PA (and his management) will be able to resist the temptation is another matter.

Surely it is not difficult for people to understand a certain amount of cynicism on the part of some FMs about Emily and her motives and whether she is willing to join the PA media merry-go-round.
She knows full well that PA makes a damn good living from his public profile and his family - so she can hardly be surprised if people ASSUME (because at the moment that is all it is) that she will be a willing participant in the same thing.
I honestly think that although the intentions of both of them may be genuine, and they THINK that this relationship will be different, the reality is that PA seems to NEED the validation of fame.

Personally I'm not sure that this relationship will stand the test of time.
I would like to be wrong but I really can't see it.
Can anyone honestly imagine PA as a househusband, doing all the childcare, cooking, cleaning etc out of the public eye, while his wife goes out to work as a doctor?
Because I can't.

It doesn't have to be one or the other though AS , they have the resources to manage.
It would still be hard work though , but it could be done , others have managed.

I don't know momma - much as I dislike PA I don't actually want him to be miserable, I'm just not buying it at the moment.

But he wouldn't need to, AS. They'd have a nanny surely, and domestic help, just like he does now.
