Me to, no one is criticising him seeing a dying fan, just his decision to parade her in front of the cameras for some good press.
I understand her being on the show was a final wish but to then make it about him and not her is unforgivable

Very true, is anything sacred to him?

No. Not if it can possibly show him as a caring, sharing guy who cares (and loves his kids)

There is a certain irony in behaving like an absolute twunt in order to show you are in fact a lovely guy.

That's the thing, really - if he doesn't respect the privacy of his own kids he will think nothing of anyone else's.

Did he do some fund raising with her, or was it visit?

I'll be watching - and I'm not particularly keen on the idiot....I find the 'there is an off switch / change channels' position rather frustrating. Are we not allowed to watch programs that may put our heckles up or make us groan?
How many people watched the 'dogging' documentary - who don't understand the attraction of dogging and after watching it felt a level of amusement / disgust / disbelief at the people who took part?
I also watch programs such as 'toddlers and tiara's / dance moms / real housewives etc. Do I like all the people featured? Certainly not. I'm not sure why I watch them. But I know I can find the people featured irritating / unelievable / not very nice etc.
Also addressing the argument about people moaning about the show before it has even been aired. The official ITV episode guide made it very clear that the show was all about PA's grief. PA's team are fully aware what ITV will be putting in their episode guides / trailers. Gemma Wheatley even tweeted that they had now agreed and signed off the trailers etc.
I also believe that most people don't have a real issue with the young girl featured in this last episode - most people just have an issue about how PA turned her situation into something 'all about him'. There was no need for him to be shown having to leave the room, still miked up so the film crew could record everything he said. I do wonder how the young girl and her family felt knowing that by meeting him it would cause the situation it did - him having to leave the room because he couldn't handle it? That really didn't need to be shown - the part where he had to leave the room could have easily been left out.

One thing about this episode that really made me laugh was when CP phoned PA to tell him that KP had released a statement about her marriage and the various headlines about PA's response to her marriage. Funny how the film crew were filming CP in one location making the phone call to him - while at exactly the same time there was another film crew in a totally different location filming him taking the call! What a coincidence!
nicely put Hunniebun, its a pity that him and the ratings come first, privacy doesn't matter

(I bet the rehearsal for the phone call was done, and then the camera crew legged it between locations ) Michael Caine always said he didn't need to hear the lines from another actor when they were doing a phone scene....I bet Gemma played CP's part for PA to react to and it was all edited later)

BIB - sorry but I disagree. I find Peter Andre deeply unattractive and not in the least good looking. He's no better looking than any of his brothers.
I don't find him attractive at all but a couple of his brothers are fat and bald and he is an improvement on them

I remember that after Katie left him he appeared on This Morning. He looked like he had lost loads of weight and was playing "the poor me" card. I actually felt sorry for him then but I now know better.

He did loose loads of weight, but that was because before they split he had started training/healthy eating with KP it was nothing to do with his marriage failing, best is she thought he was getting fit for the marathon when infact he was getting fit to run out on them for his new come back bid

Me too. I actually thought he was ok before he started overplaying the nice guy and victim cards.

Yeah of course...that's why her reality show bombed!
If she didn't "sell" then she wouldnt be on the front of magazines.

But yes whilst his TV shows is highly formulaic stuff, it is highly watchable for the masses.

She's not on the fronts of magazines any more apart from low rent ones like Heat and Now. OK! and Hello! didn't beat a path to her door and she had to be content with a pullout in the Sun for her latest wedding.

Switching from ITV to Living was the worst move she could ever have made. No one will want her now apart from perhaps a late night slot on Television X. I bet she's seething that Pete's still on TV and she's not.

but I do admire CAN and PA, because the DOTY, supercaring, heartbroken victim of KP has been a work of genius - and has earned everyone involved a fortune.
absolutely and its pretty obvious they conspired against KP to get him out of the situation with her and execute this little masterplan .. it is genius.

Probably, but i think she just did it for the money. As other people have said .. its a pay channel, different target audience - yes it was worse than expected, admittedly, but it was always going to fall. I dont think anyone else would touch her now either, except a cbb.

She isn't on the front of mags because she stopped doing interviews with them

His ratings, his profile, his ego... oh, and his kids, particularly when they're on the telly with him.

I doubt she would fade into the background out of choice

But she still wants and needs the exposure. She's fallen out with so many mags they don't want to know any more, that's why it was only the Sun that would carry her wedding.

She won't. She'll just keep getting married, popping sprogs and making remarks that get on people's nerves. She needs exposure like the rest of us need oxygen.
