If you worked for any record label, and you were in charge of signing new and existing artists, who would you sign and why?

I would sign Steps and The Saturdays first.

Boyband(s): The Mend
Girlband(s): Little Mix
Band(s): Paramore
Rapper(s): Macklemore, Mz Bratt
Undiscovered Artist(s): Tori Kelly, Jody Brock

I would sign my most favorite singer James Otto and I would also sign my most favorite country singer from the late 1990's named Shane Minor. To me, these two fine gentlemen are the most overlooked soloists in Nashville.

God bless you and them always!!!

You didn't give your own reasons why.

I always felt her solo singing career was way to short lived.

If it was the mid nineties and you wanted to make some money, then it would have to be The Spice Girls. Other, than that it would be my sister.

Leona Lewis.

I'm sure I'd have better idea's and plans for her than that f*ck-up of a record label she's with right now. Instead of running her career into the ground, i'd be happy to sign her and get her back on her feet

YES! Exactly! I love you for mentioning When It Hurts haha. It's like my favourite track (not many agree) it's so good.

It just all seemed to go wrong after Happy. Why the hell was I Got You released? Who's idea was that? Echo had brilliant tracks like Broken, Alive, My Hands, Don't Let Me Down. All gone to waste. And now Glassheart, the same fate

I'm creating a record label as I write this come to me Leona
