Yes and no.
If you go to France for example, Netflix isn't here, so you won't be able to access your account.
If you go to Denmark, Sweden (and other nordic countries), Mexico, Brasil, USA, Canada, yes you will have access to Netflix but you will only be able to watch the content available in the country you're staying in. For that you don't need any additional service.
That said, with
Unblock-Us you can access Netflix wherever you are even if Netflix isn't available where you're traveling. It also gives you the possibility to access every Netflix catalogues (US, Canada, Mexico etc...) from everywhere with your english subscription. Which is a great thing even when you're home
